Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Heavy Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd was founded in 2007, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of HEBEI Iron & Steel Group (HBIS), specializing in the production of mill rolls.
Our factory covers an area of 33,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 230,000square meters, total assets of 1 billion RMB. It has an annual production of 20,000 tons of various kinds of large, medium and small rolls and sleeves, 12,000tons of large, medium-sized castings, 60,000 tons of steel ingots. Our factory has a machining capacity of 30,000 tons, represents the high level of annual roll production capacity and specialization in the area of Tangshan. We have established specialized products series of approximately 100 qualities, has been awarded with ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.
We have over 500 employees which include 8 senior engineers, 11 intermediate engineers, and other 28 technical staff. We are strong in the areas of production, R&D and quality assurance. With great support from Tangshan Steel Group, we have built a high quality staff team and laid solid foundation for sustainability of the company.
We have 1 set of 40T high power arc furnace, 1 set of 45T double position LF furnace, 1 set of 45T VOD furnace, 1 set of 90T 5-position VC vacuum casting system, 8sets of 1T-8T intermediate frequency induction furnaces,18 sets of boige-type resistance furnaces, 11 sets of gas drying, and annealing kilns, 7 sets of 300mm -1600mm centrifugal machines, 1 set of austenizing furnace and spray quenching device, 22 sets of 5T to 100T cranes, 68 sets of various machines such as vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, milling and boring machines, grinding machines and drilling machines.
We have the following laboratory testing equipment such as carbon fulfur analyzer, direct reading spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, hardness tester, impact tester, tensile testing machine, the residual austenite tester, to guarantee the stability of the quality and performance.
We have advanced equipments, excellent technology, well-equipped inspection devices, strong support from advanced domestic and foreign roll technology, all the above have built into a national large roll manufacturer. We have supplied products to the following well-known steel companies. Meanwhile the company use acquired European roll making technology, has upgraded a variety of roll products exported to iron and steel enterprises in Spain, the United States, India, South Korea, Middle east, Germany and other regions.
